Year
2024-2025

ChainSafe Gaming refreshed its brand identity, prompting a website update to align with the new branding. The team restructured content, improved clarity and added new information to enhance user perception of product offerings.
Problem statement
Feedback from internal teams unearthed the insight that a lack of key product information discouraged visitors in making informed decisions about our services.
The website also lacked clear communication of core values, making it harder to stand out from competitors and build user trust and loyalty.
Methods
Working in parallel with the brand identity update, primary/secondary research, design workshops, stakeholder interviews and UX audits were conducted to identify missed opportunities and problem areas on the website.

User Research & Interviews
Insights
As primary UX Designer, I led user research, workshops, and interviews which derived key insights that drove the redesign. This included highlighting ChainSafe's core values of community and collaboration through messaging and imagery as well as creating additional touchpoints for users to collaborate with our team.
Results
Community Hub
Interviews with key Engineering stakeholders revealed that there was a desire for community discourse and feedback from our users that could help improve core offerings.

Codebase feedback
A feedback form was embedded in the website to establish a direct line of communication to our Engineering team.

Information architecture
Design workshops allowed the team to identify dropoff points and reconfigure user flows to the most important information.
